Problem - MQ2Events causing crash

After 4 hours of debugging I finally narrowed it down to MQ2Events causing the issue.
I make it to char select and almost into the world, but instant EQ crash as I enter world.
With MQ2Events disabled everything works fine and I log into game as per usual.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

This is good info to have, but looks like it applies to MQ2 crashes, not MQ2 causing EQ crashes. Would collecting this info be helpful in this case of MQ2 crashing EQ as well?

Do you need it running? Have events setup in the ini file? MQ2Events worked for awhile but stopped working?

I don't use this plugin, but I'd try renaming your MQ2Events_Char.ini file and let the plugin make a clean one with nothing in it. That will check if one of your events itself is causing the issue. If it works, you can troubleshoot your individual events or post them here for others to check.

If it's still not working with a new ini, I'd rename the plugin and run the Redguides updater to see if you can get a fresh copy of the plugin. Small chance your plugin itself is corrupted.

If fresh plugin + ini still has issues, then you may have a larger conflict with the plugin. Crash reports can help, even if EQ itself is shutting down. MQ2 injects into EQ, so a plugin can crash EQ.
