Question - MQ2E3 debuff/dot on assist/command question

Playing on emu and while almost everything works great - conditions/IFs, buffs, pet buffs, heals, etc., I cannot get dots nor debuffs to work. using /assistme doesn't trigger on assist, and using /debuff or /dot doesn't trigger the on command ones, not seeing any feedback in logfiles or anywhere and not sure how to troubleshoot this

you'll have to ask where you got E3 from - that isn't a resource from RedGuides, so we can't offer support for that here
