Man, I know it's a tiny thing, but my number #1 biggest complaint is your UI title bar. I wish it showed me Mode and Pause Status which is critical information I always want to know as opposed to a compile date and time that I never, ever care about.

The compile date/time is for us, not really so much for the user. Helps for troubleshooting issues.

You can get that information from our TLO, ${CWTN.Mode} and ${CWTN.Paused}
There's some utilities you can use to constantly display the members of the CWTN TLO at all times. like MQ2BoxHud

Using CWTN, when I set a toon to "Puller Assist" he does fine pulling it back to the camp, but does not "assist" or otherwise engage the mob if a pet/merc/player intercepts a small distance away. He just stands there, however If I simply start auto attack ("Q" button) ...he charges into the fight. Is there a way to define that in a radius? Am I missing a setting? or operating as intended?

Thanks!

Make the "pullers" camp radius larger. whats happening is he is running back to his safe circle, others are grabbing it outside of that.. and so he sits in safe circle, until you start atk, then he is like "wups, my bad"... 1710113372345.png

Thanks for the reply.

So I gave that a try. When the merc intercepts as a tank, the puller (CWTN mode "Puller Assist") was well within the distance of the camp and mob. The puller runs back to his spot ...rotates to face the mob...and stands there (mob is less than the camp radius).

It gives me a message that mercs cannot be set to MA ("An NPC cannot be that role.").

However, I figured it out. I had my puller game role marked as Puller and MA (thinking I needed to match CWTN mode of "Puller Assist"). The merc was game role marked as Tank. So when the puller came back and the tank intercepted it, the puller would still have the target in the target window but not attack.
Well it turns out hes waiting for the MA (which he is marked as) to engage. So he just stares at the tank and mob fighting waiting for himself to attack. When I switched MA to my wifes toon things changed. Now game role marked as puller only, he pulled...stopped...then run into the fight when my wifes toon (now game role marked as MA) started her attack. Im sure this is all out there somewhere my apologies (im a knuckle dragger).

TL:DR
If someone else comes across this....the morale of the story is: For the CWTN "Puller Assist" mode be sure to mark one team member as MA and Puller seperately.

Cheers!

Yep, puller assist is "an assist mode that is also the puller" they still need an MA that is going to tell them which targets to fight

hey guys. for context - I have been playing thru EQ pretty slowly making my way through all the expansions and raids with a friend. We recently hit 105 and were met with these new alliance skills. We have been playing at this level for a few weeks now.

I have been trying to understand the alliance skills and how our automation uses them. We currently play on test, and use cwtn for all classes sans bard. despite using /cwtn alliance on, /forcealliance on etc, we have very very seldom usage showing in our logs. For example my understanding is it works as long as you have 3 of a class in a raid, and we have 3 necromancers but they never have one used it, let alone mem the spell. My healers will never mem Divine Alliance or Ancient Alliance or anything like that regardless of their group comp or raidmode on, etc. Have cleared through all of TBM and TDS and half of EOK raids at this point and never once has the spell been memmed.

We have /cwtn usealliance on, we also have /cwtn forcealliance on. We also have purchased and memmed the spells. I am at least sure that the issue isn't that.

I heard from someone that maybe the 3 classes need to be in the same group so I put 3 clerics in one group and had no luck with that either.

I looked around on the forums and for older posts and generally the feedback I've read is, if its turned on and you have the spell they will mem it, which is not my experience.

Curious if anyone has any ideas. Maybe since we just hit 105 recently there is something we didn't do that may be preventing them from using it. I can say for certain I am experiencing this on CWTN necro/cleric/druid/shaman/beastlord.

Not sure if i am at the right spot here, but following situation:

1. I am creating a group of 6 toons (all cwtn toons)
2. i forget to set an MA and MT
3. i create a camp, where Tank is assigend as Tank
4. all other toons are set to assist
5. i pull a mob
6. since i forgot to set an MA/MT noone is assisiting, so tank tanks alone
7. See my fault, and setting up MA/MT
8. My other toons refuse to assist on this mob, doesnt matter what i try (except one thing). Things i have tried:
- Pause/Unpause
- Reset Camp and set it new
- Reassign roles/modes of my toons
- Even if i target the mob on an assisting toon it sometimes clears my target immediatly
The only way i have found make them work again, is pulling a 2nd mob, and make the MA/MT to switch to the 2nd mob, then the other toons start to work.

Is there an easier way to make the assisting toons work, without pulling a 2nd mob?

Thanks in advance

Target self, (default F1) then go back to current mob.

priests dont care about alliance count

but yes, likely due to your level and what gems you have available regarding the memorization - you can byos/byos custom if you need to

ChatWithThisName updated MQ2CWTNCommons with a new update entry:

03/21/2024

- fixed oddball issue if you were solo where you would skip a level limit check on buffing yourself
- Added ThemeZ to list of luas we unload
- - We don't want external things adjusting the cwtn ui window.
- - eventually, we'll have built-in ways to adjust the cwtn ui directly, but do not intend on spending time on potential conflicts or crashes due to external things

The mq2shm plugin is still skipping all healsheal ma / not ma categories. it does every thing else just fine. Keeping heal over times up, it slows malos cripples etc etc every mob it is just skipping healsheal all together still

the only thing that got changed, was changed back, it was a check for all heals - which affects all classes that do *any* type of heal, it is now reverted to the same way it was before

so not sure - but i'll take a look...

yea idk i made sure im on the new build reinstalled it twice updated plugins - shm will just let any 1 hes supposed to heal die.

Im in byos custom and my healsheal is ancient: wilslik's mending

- Recommend turning on "CheckForStuckGems" until DBG fixes the current stuck gem issue
- - /cwtna checkforstuckgems on
- - removed the ability for non-mana classes to toggle that setting

Having a strange issue, and it doesn't actually seem to be specific to CWTN plugins as it happens to Lua windows as well (just seems to occur with CWTN windows more often for me):

I completely lose the ability to interact with the CWTN window. Slash commands still work fine, and minimizing EQ and coming back to that window fixes it. Unfortunately I run a few characters with ISboxer and cant minimize those windows so I've been having to /unload and refresh injections to fix it when it happens.

Any ideas?

Happened to me often before I stopped using is, hasn't happened since then.

It isn't a cwtn thing either, it is any imgui window

Was happening to me without is as well. Doesn't happen very often, just annoying when it does.

Is there some way to reload/refresh imgui? Would probably be easier then having to /unload if it exists.

No ISBOXER here, but sometimes have a similar issue that does not happen often. I do not play full screen, so I am able to regain control by clicking out to desktop then clicking back into the game. Not sure if that info helps anyone, but thought I would share.

- We will now click off Illusion: Plaguebringer despite it having additional effects.
- No longer click many (most?/all?) items that give the "shadow of xxx" buffs
- - if you try and add one we'll tell you no
- - if you already added it, we wont click it
- corrected very unlikely issue with tier'd heals

I'm sorry if I'm just completely overlooking something, but is there a command I can broadcast to enable BYOSCustom? I don't mind that it has to be re-enabled on a fresh launch, but going through and checking the box manually is a bit of a hassle.

Ah shit. 😅 I wasn't putting a space in there, derp. I promise I looked through all the command lists and couldn't find anything about it so I was a little confused.

Thanks for the prompt response as always, sic.

Does the Beeponamed=True only work if your the tank? I have a friend in my grp and was trying to get the beep on his paladin to work when he targeted the named too...

Yes, only works in a tanking mode.

Your whole group beeping would be nuts
