Guide - Mq2Cursor not working?

I have not used MQ2Cursor for some time now, but I recently turned it back on and it detects items on the cursor, but does not /autoinventory them if it is set to keep them. It just displays in the MQ2 window "MQ2Cursor::KEEPING <Pod of Water> Over and over again until I inventory the item. It happens on all items I have set to keep.

Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know what I have done wrong?
