um. well if we have stuff to cast, we're gonna stand to do that.

if you are in a mode that sits and returns to camp, like assist mode, tank mode --- we'll sit down when we're not in combat
if you're in a mode like vorpal or chase - you will sit if your MA sits.
but if they have a reason to cast a spell, they're going to stand to do that
 
You definitely don't want to sit during combat, which is why Clerics have Yaulp to use. If you want to sit in combat for that sweet +1 mana per tick (10 mana per minute) then as Sic said, use a mount.

we can only buff local toons (on your computer - not elsewhere) running mq2cwtnbuffs - there's nothing extra magic to it

it is explained in the mq2cleric vid if that helps

we don't treat out of group characters as "main tank" - so if you're expecting it to do "main tank" style buffing it isn't going to, nor has.

That answered it! I forgot to mention I starting playing my cleric on my new surface tablet. Explains why it isn’t working because it’s not local 😂

It actually handles it well! The only thing I can’t figure out is the display resolution.. it seems I can get things set up how I want it but text on hot keys/bars remains microscopic.

Been scouring for solutions.. only fix I’ve discovered was to make the resolution change when you boot up EQ but even then it either goes overboard or is just a few font sizes under where it should be.

Adjust the screen resolution on the display settings itself from 4k to 1080, it or possibly 1440, and it will make the chat/info boxes larger, I had to do that on mine (I have the surface pro 6)
 
I use MQ2Cleric for my group. Whenever I use it for say burn always whenever my cleric burns, they roll through flurry of life, healing frenzy, celest rapid and channel divine ALL at once and doesn't separate them? is there a way to separate to actually benefit from all of them

no there isn't a way to peacemeal them. you can turn off burn and burncount if you don't want the plugin to use them.

should definitely not "burn always" if you don't want to always be burning. definitely a very low-circumstance option for recommended usage.

use burnallnamed and adjust your burn count accordingly, win
 
I have updated and refreshed and also /plugin mq2clr unload and load. it says i plugin mq2clr not found. I am trying to get the window to show but im getting unknown errors. any help?

if you are loading the plugin after already being in-game, you need to ensure you reloaded your ui like the red error message says to do (even pops up on your screen). /reloadui or /loadskin default

if you have not loaded the plugin - you have to load the plugin before the plugin can do things

/plugin mq2cleric load it is not mq2clr - i suspect that is where the problem is happening. just load it up and you should be good to go.

This could be the dumbest question , but I will blame it on the age factor. Do you have to load the plugin everytime you come into game? If so that would explain a lot, I have all plugins for my team and they act wonkie.

if the plugin isn't set to be loaded in your macroquest.ini, yes --- buyt this is highly unusual

but unless you're using the "noauto" flag when you load a plugin, then it would set it to be loaded the next time you load in. this is across all plugins.
 
thanks for the reply - still navigating and dying a bunch. Hotkeys etc etc and understanding the movement is the foundation to success. (note I have watched the movement hotkeys video numerous times. Issue last night was that members of my team were not assisting once I would set camp they were still stuck in manual mode ( using CWTNs on all charac)
 
Really sounds like your hotkeys are t working correctly rather than "stuck in manual mode" but as chat said, if you have no mesh you'll get a warning and a pop-up on your screen
 
Hi team,

so sorry for probably a repeated question, I recently purchased this plugin and was trying to get it loaded up on Project Lazarus (wasn't sure if it's still free for EMU servers but I figured even if it is it's worth a donation!). When I try and load it up I get a loadlibrary failed. I only saw entries for MQ2Grind and I'm a bit confused on what I did wrong. Sorry about this, I'm very new to boxing and want to make sure I set everything correctly. I've downloaded the .dll folder, extracted it and dropped it into the macros folder.

you don't require license purchases for the cwtn plugins on emu, but they are currently not available.

you should *always* use the launcher to download files - you should *not* try and move files around manually and copy past around
 
I love this and use it often, i have noticed over the past few weeks that the cleric occasionaly gets stuck when meeing a spell. It cause it to stay in mem mode and wthen wipes the group during a fight. I see it also occasionally with enchanter, anyone else have this happen?

It is mentioned in all the FAQ, we have several redundant checks to try and capture it, but it is likely due to low background frames.

Please ensure you are using framelimiter and have your PC setup so your background toons aren't starved for PC juice.

You can also turn on use melee on those toons and the check to start meleeing will stand them up out of it

In response: I use framlimiter, i ahve a 5950x with 128 ram only have 6 guys working on computer. I will try the melee work-around as well.

Is it something about TLP that makes it so clerics and others cannot change targets? My cleric is on Assist mode, and we are all medding. I wanted to pass some plat to my enchanter, and I cannot target her at all. When I click on a character in the group window it targets them for less than a second and clears the target; same if I try to target them directly by clicking on them

For caster/priest classes. No you can not. It isnt tlp

Pause the automation if you want to do stuff manually

The plugin chooses Hand of Reliance over Reliance Rk. II. The latter carries 300 more hp on the buff. I understand it at a mana saving standpoint but, with a 4 hr buff timer, mana shouldn't come into play.

It also competes with Paladin's Oathbound Keeper. Cleric and Paladin plugins will constantly cast to overwrite each other. They do the same with Austerity/Temperance.

we're going to pick the group version of things over the equivalent single-target version of stuff in almost all circumstances. we're not going to compare to see what rank of spells you have before doing that comparison (as a broad by and large answer). you should get rank 2 of hand of reliance.

regarding some older level buffs - yeah that's going to happen, eq/mq and buff stack checking isn't perfect, and you will need to decide which buffs you want, and add blocked buffs to the ones you dont
 
All, have been searching for a bit and playing with usenuke / usemelee etc and can not figure out how to stop my cleric from casting unswerving hammer non stop,.

He does this while targeting the MA instead of the mob and it is impacting his caring for the MA / MT.

My tank is set as my puller, MA, and MT.

Any thoughts?

Any ideas would be appreciated

can you show me the mq2cleric chat output showing that?. it doesn't actually look like we use unswerving hammer line at all - which we probably should.

but can you show me so i can see what you're asking about

bahhh sometimes it just takes the boss to focus your attention on the problem. The issue is what I had an addclicky on grieves of vengful fury on offensive and that was casting it. I was blinded by the melee / nuke settings bahhh.

Sorry to waste your time Sic, you have an amazing product and I can not imagine the game without it now, if only I was smart enough to use it via your vision grrrrr.......

Thanks and the hammer is a nice option if you ever decide to update mq2cleric.......

Hi, I have a strange situation with my toon which is using MQ2Cleric that I can't figure out. It may or may not have to do with MQ2Cleric. When I cast Levitate on my group all the toons "float" except the Cleric. It almost seems there is a setting somewhere that is forcing the Cleric as low as possible. I have looked in all the places I can think of and have not found a setting that looks like it would control this. Looked in MQ2Nav first and didnt see anything there. Funny thing is Cleric seems to "float" when I first log in but goes into "sink" mode after the first battle. Any ideas on what might be causing this or places to look? Thanks.
