Request - mq2cecho for colored /echos!

Is mq2cecho able to be included in the compile? It's still floating around on mq2boards, I just don't have compiler installed currently.

I love me a little flare in my macros, and colored /echo's are right up my alley. They'd go perfectly with the colored popups you guys hooked me up with.

MQ2Echo is by htw. We do not have permission to use it nor do I think we ever will.

If you have VIP access to MQ2 you can compile it yourself as always with anything posted there.
