I have been updating my loot.ini file as I am gearing my team and currently I set the desired items to "=Quest|1". This way when the item drops (and it is not lore), and I stay long enough in the camp the player that needs this item gets it...and eventually the entire group gets it.
This is fine for all visible armor since all my toons should get a new set, however when it comes to invisible, more customization would be useful.
Would it be possible to instead of having Quest, Keep, Sell or Destroy flag on items in the loot.ini we could assign players who would get the item when it drops. Say:
Example:
Group:
Bob
Bill
Joe
Kevin
Mac
Al
Calculating Differential Gear=Mac|Kevin
When Calculating Differential Gear drops it would go first to Mac, then to Kevin.
Deflecting Gear-Shield=Bob|Bill|Joe |Kevin |Mac |Al
When Deflecting Gear-Shield drops it would go to Bob first, then to Bill etc.
This way we could get rare/ uncommon items to go to the char that needs it vs to give everyone 1, and eventually to the person who needs it if enough drops.
I can imagine it would be quite a bit of coding...but it would really worth it if people use this plugin for gearing up.
