Is it possible to also name the zone where items are looted in the log when logging is enabled in MQ2AutoLoot?

Not that I'm aware of. Given ini formats only have two levels of hierarchy (three if you count the separator they use) the loot.ini file is pretty limited in its expressiveness. Right now it uses the "section" level of an ini file for the first letter of the item vs. another sorting mechanism.
All that being said, mq2autoloot does not support it at this time either.
