what does it do?

from a google search, it just looks like it closes all your bags/windows?

you can do a /clean to close all open windows

This plugin can be replaced with either MQ2Events or MQ2React. Both have the capability to do this.

I thought Events and Reacts were based upon the log file. Is there an inventory open window detection? Or you talking about the text that the bankers/vendors give you?

Shift b already toggles all bags open and closed.

Events are based on the text coming into the console (not exactly the log file, but similar). Reacts can use anything you can use in a macro and aren't based on chat (just if evaluation).
