MQ2 with allwarp,switch and speed for Shards of Dalaya!

Here it is guys, MQ2 for the best EQEmu server.

It's your regular MQ2 plus allwarp(/warp,/zone,/fade,etc), switch (/switch) and speed (/speed #). All tested and working. I've also done some map changes since this old map was missing some important stuff. /named will highlight nameds and print them in your chat window. Also all the npcs/pcs on the map will have IDs so you can do /target id #

I dont think we were addressing anyone in particular. Just someone that could recompile a current working version. I am working on the problem myself but a lot of learning ahead.

We are just asking that if anyone has some free time could they drop an update version for SoD outhere.
