Hello, I bought MQ2Shaman and MQ2BST and neither of them are automatically buffing the group, how do I get them to start buffing the group when our buffs are down?

Definitely make sure you have checked out the information regarding the plugins. This points you to a bunch of information that is going to be relevent for you, including UI information, class-specific information (like buffing) and how to find commands and FAQs
Buffing requires local toons on your local pc, all running mq2cwtnbuffs, and you need to not be invis, so if you're loading the plugins for the very first time you will want to ensure toons not using mq2shaman / mq2bst are running mq2cwtnbuffs. /bcaa //plugin mq2cwtnbuffs load
from mq2shaman FAQ: Q. Why does my shaman not buff the group? A. You will need to run /plugin mq2cwtnbuffs load on all of your characters that you would like mq2shaman to buff. You also need to NOT be in /shm byos on mode. As "Bring Your Own Spells" assumes you want to handle your spells and your buffs. MQ2CWTNBuffs requires characters to be local characters (same PC, not across network or space/time).
From MQ2Bst FAQ: Q. Why am I not buffing anyone? A. Currently, we use mq2cwtnbuffs to track everyone's buffs - you will need to have this plugin loaded on all the characters for the bst to know what buffs they have/don't have/blocked so it can buff them. You will also not want to be in BYOS. MQ2CWTNBuffs requires characters to be local characters (same PC, not across network or space/time).
if you click off the buffs from the shaman, it will trigger him to rebuff himself, and by proxy, will hit the rest of the group. This is what I do when my shaman groups with live players.
