Question - MQ2 Holyshit single target aggro

I've been looking around the forums at INI's for holyshits to gain aggro in Xtarget window when i loose aggro on a mob. I have a AoE taunt but it takes time to recast and since i'm too stupid to make one my self i'm looking for a few example of holyshits for single target aggro.
