MQ2 help

Ok so i am new yes i know this already i have been reading posts about not running thru POK with macros on or warping to pok cuz you will get caught so how do i know that i have all my macros turned off. I right click the shield in my task bar and click exit but if i type /plugin mq2whatever it will load and there's no shield in my taskbar?

/unload unloads mq2

also /end will end all current macro's that are running

What Blueice22 said, just use /end to end macro, if you are ever in a situation when you need to /unload MQ itself it is probably too late.

Regular passive MQ2 use will not get you banned.
