Problem - MQ2 "Button" disappears

Hello, I hope this is the right place to post this... When I use the Redguide launcher, then click the "launch MQ2" my little icon pops up on the bottom of my screen, but then when I move my mouse over it, it disappears. Any help would be appreciated

It's not in hidden =/

Does it show in your task manager? (mines under background processes)

Sounds like it's auto closing/something is blocking it

Think I fixed it... I deleted my "appdata"? now it's working, I think. having to make new profiles. (I know how to turn on the computer and that's about it lol) so this can be quite tricky!
