Problem - MQ not updating correctly

Everything is fine but even after having the right update its still running 2/16 mq and it says 2/16 when i hover over it in the app tray.This is on test server i redownloaded everything from scratch still says its 2/16

its Test "true up" day.. they are matching it to live/production.
