Problem - MQ Console window (1 Viewer)

I'm having a brain fart and cant seem to move this console. It has pinned to the top of my EQ window and it wont let me move it only increase the size. Please help.

grab the icon in the far left and drag it off to un-dock it

God im having a bad day. I thought i tried that but hey presto all sorted now. Is there a way to lock the console to the screen per character as everytime i load the crew i spend 10 - 15 mins repositioning windows.
