Question - MQ commands in main chat?

I cant find alot of info on this. Guess my search capabilities suck, or it hasent been discussed much.

Do you guys click on MQ chat window every time you wanne type a command, or is it safe to use which ever window you want?

And can i make hotbuttons without it being detected by the long arm of the Law?

Use whatever window U like.
Hot buttons are perfectly fine. They are saved locally only.
