Problem - MQ chat window returning after minimized and hidden

Hey guys, I noticed that after this last patch, when i minimize the mq chat window and place it behind my eq chat window, it comes back as soon as i zone and is all elongated (still minimized). i honestly only use mq for the map, so i have no need for the chat window and dont want it to be visible.
i noticed that on my updated cpu, there is a Keeponscreen=1 that isnt on the non-updated cpu. i changed the value to =0 but when i log in or zone, it changes it back to =1. i THINK thats the line that is causing the issue as it seems to be added after the latest patch.

you can always not use the mq2 chat window if you don't want it

ok, so i have used it for fishing and foraging and would like to keep it as an option. forgot about that
