Question - Mq and windows reinstall

I just had to restart my pc today and out of nowhere it just started hanging at the bios screen. Ended up going into the advanced settings and reset the pc but chose to keep all of my files but it would remove any apps not included in the install.

Booted up no problem after I did the install now I’m just wondering how and if there is a way to get back all of my settings as far as group makeups , accounts toon names passwords etc. without having to go and manually redo all of it once I download rg launcher again ?

if you kept the mq folder then you should have everything

if it did not keep that then you will have to start over
