Most Up-To-Date EQGame for 06/18

Here's the current live EQGame.exe. I'm still waiting for the MQ2 source to be up before I do my compile. Heading to a meeting at work right now, hopefully it will be up when I get home. I have all offsets and everything else updated, just waiting on latest source.

The only changes were minor in eqgame.h (the date and time), the offsets stayed the same.
