Question - Monthly Game update message

I am getting a message saying "Scheduled monthly game update. Date and time are a best estimate and may vary"

But the servers did not go down, and I do not see anything on the forums.
Is there supposed to be a patch today?

I think they messed up, Live patch is usually a week after the Test Patch.. Test was patched this week, so im going to guess no patch today, we'll get a surprise one next Wednesday.
