This is what I did and still do sometimes to get a couple hundred plat and some really good AA xp in 1 hour. I dunno how this will work for you guys but for my sk, I kill fast, no adds, about 4% AA or more and about 100-300+ plat an hour depending on what I kill, what it drops and how much it drops...
First, I get buffs, not a lot, just Virtue and Kei and I'm set, sometimes a haste or something but not normally.
Then I go to Draniks Scar and invis to cave 1 (just follow right wall from zone in, past the Gutfeaster camp) and sometimes I'll kill the dragorns that stand to the left of the Gutfeaster camp. When I get to the camp, I setup if I havent already. These are the spells I use:
1: Malignant Dead
2: Life Tap
3: Torrent of Hate
4: Spear of Disease
5: Spear of Pain
6: Feign Death
7: Cascading Darkness
First I summon my pet, then I get rid of my pet spell for Banshee Aura and cast that and bring pet spell back up. Then I attack the first rat, pulling with Torrent of Hate (every time) and tank it, casting my 2 spears when the mob hits 70% and that should bring it to around 40%. Here, I continue to tank til the mob gets to 30% and snare then tank until it dies. I clear the first 2 rats and one of the wanderers inside then FD pull them until the cave is clear and I use that time for medding.

This part is mostly money and a little AA. Go to OOT and head to the cyclops island. You can get a lev, soe or just swim. If u use the teleporter guy, just turn right from where you spawn and run, you should pass the beach of one island with a human female on it, the island thats ahead of you is the one. Go around (or invis and run across the island) until you see a camp with Capt. Surestout. If you look at the tent the capt. is in, go forwar, following the water until you see a spike shaped piece of land (there should be like 1 or 2), the one you're looking for is sloped down into the water and isnt that big. The spells I use here are the same as before:
1: Malignant Dead
2: Life Tap
3: Torrent of Hate
4: Spear of Disease
5: Spear of Pain
6: Feign Death
7: Cascading Darkness
The strategy is pretty much the same, pull up your pet, ds yourself and have V plus kei. Have your pet guard on that spike and pull with Torrent of Hate back to the spike so you dont get adds. Tank the cyclops to 70%, nuke with the spears (replacing FD with Boil Blood is optional if you dont think you'll need it) and snare at 30% then tank til death. Just a warning, if your not that high, watch out for Quag Malestrom, he is a bard and will use a mana draining song. other than that, you can take him out and unless ur lookin for xp, he's useless...
