for a level 70, like exterm in neriak or katta bankers or WW goblin....

Give me a confirmed mob that a person could get skillups on at 70 say, or any other high level 60+ etc without 1. Killing them right away or 2. Taking heavy dmg in return

there was always tons and tons of them, its just when it gets out in mass they get nerfed.

I already gave examples, bankers in katta used to work along with some random guards, the goblin in WW, the exterm in neriak, the cleric vendor in RV, and many more. They are always out there just obscure
