Question - Mob Info

I am about 99% sure i was reading a post the other day explaining you could view mob info (hp / ac / buffs / class etc) however having been looking through the forum / search off and on all day i can't find the post any longer, does anybody have some advice in this area or know the name of the plugin i am looking for?

you can see your current targets buffs. You can't see HP or AC or any other stat. You can see class and level.
