Question - Mob exceptions when pulling

Hi all, newb question...is there a way to create exceptions for mobs when pulling? My puller keeps getting hung up on non aggressive npc's and stalls out on the chain pulling.

Edit your kissassist_info.ini file for that zone (Macros folder) and add the mob names to MobstoIgnore. Make sure you don't add spaces after the commas for mob names. It'll read the spaces as part of the names and mess up.

You can also make a quick hotkey if you can target the mob you want ignored "/addignore" and ctaylor explains how here.
