Problem - Mob corpse dead but group still focused on it

Not sure if this is a KA issue or something to do with the Emu server I am playing on. I leave my crew fighting and it does well for a while. But eventually a mob will be killed and it becomes a corpse but it stays at 0% and the group stays focused on it. Other stuff will then attack and the group doesn't respond because they are still focused on the corpse.

If I manually loot the corpse it all starts working again.

Any ideas on how to fix that?

.. /hidecorpse alwaysnpc? Cant target something if it disappears immediately. (or at least shouldnt)

That's a good idea. Although I really need the corpses to get looted, too many valuables on them.

They are on EMU, no ADV Loot. That is the issue I had last year on EMU, the clients/script was trying to move before looting was complete. This led to loot tool trying to target and loot, while I had moved to next mob resulting in getting my ass beat. I forget how I fixed it though.. was annoying.

If you are still attempting to engage a corpse, this sounds like it may need adjustment by a dev, not a user fix... xtarget bugs are a fact of life on emu servers currently.

I noticed on emu servers you can do /say clearxtargets to clear the x target list. Any idea how I can trigger that after each fight? I tried it in my buffs which is ok but would be better if I could put it in the loot macro or something.

put that command on a key, and have that key be triggered while moving?

It happens during combat and stops him fighting, so I have put the command in my DPS section Fingers crossed it will work.

p.s. Seems like this is a common EQ Emu problem.
p.s. I heard it is because of Dire Charm.
