I can not find the binary: mkplugin.exe in the RG compile.
Plugin MQ2Template is listed on https://www.redguides.com/community/threads/24833-Redguides-MQ2-Compile-Plugin-List

Am i missing something obvious here?

MQ2 mkplugin.exe is included with the MQ2 source zip - http://www.macroquest2.com/main.php?p=download&product=mq2
