Question - Mission minimum level limit

I am trying to do The Call mission with a 113 toon. On allah it says the level is 100 but in the game it says he is too low level to recieve the mission.

Anybody know what the exact minimum level is for the mission by chance?

Yeah alla has some issues I believe that instance is 115 min

That one is a bit misleading. It's a quest that begins in a ToV zone but it's actually a CoV quest.
