Problem - Memory Leak? Buffer Overloading? or Something Weird. Pagefile strangness??

Over the last few days I have noticed something strange going on.
EQ seems to slow down the longer I leave it up.
I began to notice this when it started taking longer and longer to window out to the desktop using the "Window" key.
I run in full screen mode and will sometimes "window" out to the desktop to check on other things.
I run two identical Dell Inspiron 3650's with 16MB ram. These are machines that have no other modifications other
than upgrading the ram with Dell memory.
Yes I use the on board video and have never had a problem running up to 3 instances of EQ on the machine.
That is why I added the RAM, since the machine dedicates 2GB of Ram for the onboard video.
I run Windows 10 Pro 64 bit on both machines and have a clean 100mbs Internet connection that is NOT shared with the kiddies when
they get home from school.
Both machines are less than 6 months old.
With MQ running if I play a 12 to 14 hour session, after about 10 hours things start turning into molasses.
If I window out, EQ goes blank, stays that way for, so far, as long as 2 minutes, before the desktop appears. There does not seem to
be any disk activity as if windows is swapping out the page file.
BOTH machines do this.
If I leave the game up with MQ running, overnight (24 hours) if I page out of EQ, the machines lock up. Both of them.
If I do not have MQ running on a machine, and left up running EQ over 24 hours, and page out of EQ, it works just fine.

Any ideas? Any thing I can do to determine what may be causing this?

Thanks.

I've noticed I get pretty sluggish sometimes as well....

one thing I've noticed that will help me (SOMETIMES) is if I /loadskin default (or whatever UI you use... basically I'm just re-loading the UI)

I don't know why but my graphics aren't as choppy, and performance all around seems a lot better. I'm probably not on the same lines as you but, maybe it will help ya.

If I have an EQ instance up, I don't have a movement problem with the graphics, UNLESS I bring up the map window, then it's like I am suddenly in the water. /plugin mq2map unload fixes that. But I have gotten to where I dont use EQ maps at all anymore. I have ShowEQ running on a laptop now
for maps.

aye, I think that's the same for everyone. toggling /mapfilter npc to off helps me with that as well.
