Request - Maximizing Vitality Fellowship macro?

When PLing a toon to 120, I run out of regular vitality in about 10 mins of a 15 min vitality session. The other 5 mins I still have aaxp vitality. To maximize my time with vitality, I have been toggling to aaxp the last 5 mins and then switching back to regular xp when vitality refreshes with audio triggers. :P This would be great to be automated.

Mac would be:
"Your vitality for regular experience is now depleted" do /alt on 100
"You have received vitality from your fellowship" do /alt off
