Ok, go to Zarvons Tower in the commonlands (the tower near Nektulos entrance) and zone intno the Eternal Gorge. There you will find an enclosed gorge where than are level 10 skeletons and T3 nodes. Go in and farm the T3 nodes and then zone out and back in. (this requires no access quest). Every single time you harvest one of the wood nodes (foresting) you will get a skill up. It also will allow you to skill up from T3 harvesting up to T7 off of just those nodes.
