Question - Master Chat Window

Can I get the MQ2 window for the character I'm driving to display the other group members MQ2 window info? Can I see if my casters are memming, casting, about to cast a buff/spell out of combat, etc... on my primary toon's screen?

Currently using KA11, EQBC.
