When I've had a good night, I usually make a run to the enemy town and use their mailbox. When I collect a certain amount of cash, I mail it to my alt and have the alt mail it back to me. Then when I need some cash for repairs or food or whatever, I collect it from the mailbox. It doesn't automatically drop into my inventory, but it since they nerfed the Broker exploit on the 31st, it beats running to the bank. It always makes me feel good when the other team gives me rude gestures while I use their mailbox, too.
