Problem - Mages acting a fool

Sorry, I know I've been posting a lot, but I'm still pretty helpless with most of this stuff.

My mages are experiencing an issue...I have them set to assist my Pullertank, and on occasion, the tank will tag a mob that doesn't make it back to camp. The mob de-aggroes after awhile, and business resumes as usual, but my mages continue to target the failed pull mob until the end of time.

I have to manually reset their XTar to get them to go back to normal, it's quite a chore. None of my other toons are affected whatsoever, only the mages. I've tried switching up ini's, nothing seems to help yet. Here's an ini for posterity, any help is much much appreciated as always:

When this happens, issue a /backoff command to the mage as well as any other DPS characters. Doing so will reset their combat routine and wipe that mob from their memory. Issue a /backoff off command to get them started up again.

Is there a way to prevent it from happening in the first place? Like only have them target once a mob is within a certain distance from camp maybe? Also why is it only the mages that are affected? Thanks!

This happens a lot when a group is assisting another another group. Not much you can do but back off and back on.

It is all good. I see where I can make an adjustment in the CombatTargetCheck routine to help alleviate this issue.
There is only one line that changed, but here is the complete routine to make it easier.

Not sure if this issue was resolved or not but in the original post, you have two [General] sections in your INI file, one at the top and one are the bottom with 2 different level toons.
