Problem - Mage / Chanter - mage won't break mez.

Hi, pretty new at this so I'm probably missing something simple.
I've tried copying a few mage INI files but I'm having the same issue.

Pull happens - 3-4 mobs, first mob dies with rest get mez'd.

Then everyone just hangs out and does nothing, big mez party.
Goal is to get the mage to break mez, and have the pet tank.

I'm not sure if they are supporting 8.5 still as we are into 9.06 atm - have you tried downloading the newest version ?

Also - what output text do you have in your mq2 window? I'm wondering if the GroupWatchOn=1 is interfering

I re-ran the updater and it stated I had the most updated version of very vanilla.

If 9.06 were to fix this I'd love to give it a try.
I see it's still in beta - looking into how to get it up and running now =).

I tried turning GroupWatchOn to 0.
Mage still wont breat mez, and then if I manually break mez the pet wont attack unless I manually tell it to.

It has to do with who is targeting who when you start kiss. Make sure all group members are using the same MA, and never use a Pure puller as MA.

He's breaking mez now, wonderfully.
But the pet is not attacking.
I'm showing a msg in the mq2 window that Gasantic is tanking >mob< - but he's not, he's dancing by me.

It's almost like the mage is sending the pet to attack with mez still on, and then the mage breaks mez, and then does not send the pet in again.

Is there a way to get the pet to attack after mez has been broken?
