macros the how too

anyone mind explaining in detail how I copy and pase macros, I know how to do it but after I copy and paste the macros they never work for me. any and all help would be appreciated.

copy/paste them from the code windows and put em into notepad, save them in hte macro directory as a .mac file.

once ur in eq and mq2 type /macro macroname
