There are a ton of macros and plugins available on these forums. Here is just a personal list of Macros and Plugins I find very useful. The description is short, but not limited to what they do. If you have any that you use that are useful I would love to find some new ones. 
Macros:
Scribe_TS.mac - Buys and Scribes your Tradeskill Books in POK
Claim.mac - Claims all of your collections in inventory
Scribe.mac - Buys and Scribes all of your missing spells in POK
TSC.mac (Tradeskill Construction Set) - Does all of your freebie tradeskills and gets trophies and completes trophy quests with farmed items
GroundGrab.mac - Runs around a zone collection ground spawns
PocketFarm.mac - Kills and farms specified mobs in a zone
Heroism.mac - Completes the J5 Mercenary Quest in Feerott
LazyLobbyRez.mac - In guild lobby will buy soulstone, turn it in and retrieve corpse then unsuspend mercenary for a rez
Language.mac - Learns all languages
Beg.mac - Maxes out Beg, Bind Wound, Alcohol Tolerance and Forage Skill
SellStuff.mac - Target a Merchant and Sells anything listed as sell in your loot.ini
Overseer.mac - Automated Overseer
PickLock.mac - Maxes out PickLock
GiveItems.mac - Gives all specified items to another PC

MQ2AASpend - Set up Auto Purchase of Specified AA's
MQ2Autoforage - Auto Forage
MQ2FeedMe - Eats food specified to save stat food
MQ2AutoAccept - Accept group invites and trades from trusted players
MQ2Posse - Alerts to GM or Players in your camp area and takes action
MQ2Rez - Auto Accepts Rez
MQ2AutoClaim - Auto Claims DB Cash
MQ2Nav - Automates Navigation
MQ2EasyFind - Travel to zones with /travelto command
MQ2GroundSpawns - Runs around a zone collection ground spawns
