macro request

i am looking for a simple 66 druid macro that auto targets nearest specific mob, casts 3 dots on the target. when they fade, re-applies dots, til it's dead. then resumes checking for that target again when it respawns.

or if someone can lead me to know already made, where i just need to edit in the name of spells and the mobs name.

I need to know what the dots say when they fade and it would be easy i think.
