Macro/Plugin request

Is there a way to make a macro or a plugin that can compare people in a DZA who are not in the raid? too many people camping out without leaving DZ causes too many delays =(

Any help will be very appricated

DZ's are used pretty much in any instanced raid zone that has a mob lockout
