Macro Condition Builder - Helper for building KA/MA conditions

This script provides an interface to help with building macro expressions for use with macros such as KissAssist or MuleAssist.
This provides some hints similar to the old condition builder from MQ2Mule.

When the condition string ends in ${ the right click menu will display some common TLOs to choose from.
When the condition string ends in <some TLO>. then the right click menu will display the full list of members for the TLO.
