Question - Mac for out of group healer??

I feel like a noob asking such a simple question.

Is there a good macro for running an out of group healer?

My team keeps getting wiped to a few named in the zone. The problem is the shammy just can't keep up with heals when the mob is hitting for 2k+.
I want to put my higher level cleric (Thanks Sym!) close by and monitor the SK to at least get them through this level. I think one more level and they will be able to handle the named on their own.

Will Kissassist.mac do it? FastHeal.mac?

Kiss heals out group I have never used Fastheal but people use it at raids so I am sure it does.

Next question.. how to set up Kiss? Like normal? Target MT and start macro?
Will it buff too?

I have the shammy set to heal at 80% so if I set the outside healer to 50% then it should be able to catch the SK before he dies.
That 0.5 sec casting 7k heal that crits for leventy hundred is flat out amazing.

Shammy's heal is about 3k and takes about 4 sec to cast. When the mob is triple hitting for 2K+ she's having a hard time keeping up.

One more quick question.
Will the burn section autofire if they are taking on a named? I thought I read that it would.
If it does.. how to turn it on?
I would like to be able to pop some discs and cast some different spells when a named is the subject of our attention.

that way works, and so does adding those you want healed to xtarget, and in kissassist set up for xtarg

I have 2 on my xtar and this is what it shows
