Question - Lxavnom Labors HA problem

So I'm doing Lxavnom Labors HA for the first time and I get into the basement.
I run my group of SK, CLR, ENC, Wiz, ZRK and Mage up to the first mob, a unicorn, and begin to attack.
No one else attacks and in just a few seconds the unicorn backs away and says something like "I'm not to pursue but to guard".
Nothing I do will cause the rest of my team to attack. Pulled the Cavalier behind the unicorn and got both, Chanter won't mez either. Pull two cavaliers and one unicorn and still nothing..

Forgot to mention that I searched EQResourse and ZAM for hints but .. nada.

What am I doing wrong?

so the problem you're stating is that the unicorn didnt come to you?

in the basement if you noticed. north half is good, south half is evil. they wont cross the line in the middle, they will move back.., u need to go to them...

I pulled it the first time then went right up to it the second time, the third time I ran past it and the cavalier as well, both attacked so I ran to another cavalier that was close and all three were attacking. No mezzing, no attacking from my group even though before we went to the basement, all was normal.
I was in the south half with no way to get to the north half.

I'm almost positive they weren't but I'll double check that next time.
