Serene harvest should be in the buff section with the keyword mana.

MiscGem is wherever the spell/buff will be memmed every time. It might over write something you use regularly so I keep mine at 12.

Cant seem to get this working, he buffs himself and clicks the heroic items but doesnt assist/dps. Just keeps spamming the clickies

Probably needs a |dual tag on those items with the buff name. Easiest fix is remove all those items from ini Buff section. The buff is only dispel fodder, actual effects are in your AA section once you've clicked each items one time.
