Lvl 75 BST ini w/conditions for KA11 - primarily dps, with pet heals and backup low level healing

This beast is primarily dps, with pet heals and backup low level healing at low hp % for group members. Will buff, but with cle/shm in group there were some redundancies that his buffs were overwritten by higher or better ones, so those were not included. Uses paragon and hobble of spirits, with about 60% raid gear from 10 years ago for his level.

Looks good. Spiritual Vim overrides Spiritual Vitality however.
