Problem - luarock missing in modules folder

I mean you can remove the Lua and modules folder from the mq dir if you want “fresh”
I've been having a related issue today regarding luarocks not loading/installing and been down the rabbit hole searching the forums for various prior responses and solutions, and I think I finally narrowed down how to fix my specific problem.
Long story short, sorry to necro this thread. Could someone provide the 32bit (Emu) version of the file lfs.dll from the luarocks/lib/Lua/5.1 folder.
