Problem - Lots of funkyness

Still having problems with my shaman here. Other 5 in the set seem to be working properly, including the druid healing. Shammy seems to work for 5-10 mobs then spaces out and just stops working. I am on the latest patch for both eq and mq2. This was happening before today's eq hotfix as well. I did try remove_alias, and rebuilding my kissassist.ini but that did not fix it either.
