Apologies, I am still working on getting the Wiki up to date. You can set an item's loot type using the SetLoot command
SetLoot Usage - Hold item on cursor. Use: setloot <loottype>
Something like:
/mb setloot keep
Let me know if that doesn't work or if you have other questions. Keep, Destroy, Ignore are the basic types.
