Question - Looking to test for Foreground / Background

Is there a Boolean datatype that returns whether a window is in the foreground or background?
The plugin MQ2fps has Foregound which returns a Boolean indicating whether or not the session is in the foreground, but as the plugin is discontinued it's not useful to me.

Does anyone know if there is an alternative TLO / Plugin / datatype which would return this information?
