Discussion - Looking to start up again, should I be concerned with Daybreaks post

I am looking to start up again, but I ran by this post by Daybreak Community Manager on 3/1/2022: What Constitutes as Cheating?
Is this more rhetoric and posturing by Daybreak or a actual concern?
