i recently installed to join the team looking at an issue that happend while trying to setup install folder for the updates in settings for future on going suddenly app closed and wont let me back in encountered a flash error what do i do?

Installed what? You don't have level 2 access so I assume you are not talking about the Launcher. What install is giving your troubles?

What error? Describe it or post a screenshot. Hard to gather what you need help with exactly. There are lots of moving parts with the tools used in this community.
